1.Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account details (email, name)
- Camera account credentials and permissions (Ring, Vivint, Arlo)
- Family member profiles, names, and medical condition descriptions (e.g., dementia or Alzheimer's)
- Neighbor contact information and consent confirmations
Automatically Collected Information
- Live and motion-triggered video feeds from your connected cameras
- Device information (Fire Stick, phone model, OS version)
- Usage data and interaction logs
- AI-processed data: facial profiles, movement patterns, and wandering event detections
2.How We Use Your Information
- Provide multi-camera live viewing and multi-home dashboards
- Run AI computer vision to create family profiles and detect wandering events
- Send you alerts via push notification or SMS
- Execute neighbor escalation (photo + your contact + medical condition message) only when you explicitly trigger it
- Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3.Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in these cases:
- With your explicit consent for neighbor alerts (photo, phone number, and medical condition description)
- With service providers who help operate the App (hosting, notification services, AI processing) under strict confidentiality
- With third-party camera providers (Ring, Vivint, Arlo) as required to deliver the Service
- For legal reasons (court orders, subpoenas, or to protect safety)
4.AI and Sensitive Data
Our AI processes video for facial recognition and movement analysis. Medical condition information is treated as sensitive. You control when and whether neighbor escalation occurs. We do not store video recordings unless you explicitly enable that feature (future).
5.Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions and active subscriptions).
6.Your Rights
Depending on your location (including Florida and CCPA/CPRA rights), you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Opt out of certain processing
- Withdraw consent for neighbor escalation at any time
