Welcome to StellarVision (“App,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by SiALLC (“Company”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StellarVision mobile app, Fire TV Stick application, website, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.The Service
StellarVision aggregates live video feeds from third-party security cameras (Ring, Vivint, Arlo, and others) and offers optional AI-powered computer vision features for family member profiling and safety alerts, particularly for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
3.Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under them.
4.License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
5.Camera Integrations
You authorize us to access your connected camera accounts. We are not responsible for third-party service changes or downtime. You must comply with Ring, Vivint, and Arlo terms.
6.AI Features and Safety Alerts
AI features are provided on a “best-effort” basis. The Service is not a medical device and does not guarantee detection, prevention of harm, or timely notifications. False positives/negatives may occur.
The neighbor escalation feature requires your explicit opt-in. You must obtain all necessary consents from profiled individuals (or guardians) and neighbors. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of messages sent.
7.Free Tier
The free tier is limited to one home and 1–2 cameras with basic live viewing only.
8.Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are billed through the store you used to install the App. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, subscriptions are billed by Apple, can be managed or cancelled in your iOS Settings under your Apple ID, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. For purchases made through the Amazon Appstore, subscriptions are billed by Amazon and refunds are subject to Amazon's policies. All subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
9.Prohibited Conduct
You may not reverse engineer the App, use it for illegal purposes, or violate third-party terms.
10.Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SAFETY OUTCOMES.
11.Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
12.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SiALLC against claims arising from your use of the Service or neighbor notifications.
13.Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
14.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
